Good morning and a warm welcome to all. If you are visiting with us today, we would love to get to know you. Please feel free to stay for a hot drink after the service.

We are having a Sunday Club BBQ lunch in Isel Park after church, so if you have children in Sunday Club or Crèche we would love you to come along. Food provided, all welcome.

This week we have Shine – Carols on the Lawn at 6.00pm on Tuesday 15 December. This is a chance for us all to invite our friends and family to enjoy some carol singing and a picnic on the front law of the church. Christmas is one of the times of the year where we can easily invite people to church; it might be the one time a year that people will come to church. There will be a free BBQ. Bring a picnic tea and invite you friends. If  the weather is wet, it will be run in the Church.

We start Christmas week next Sunday 20 December at 9.00am with a Christmas Celebration Breakfast and Combined Christingle Service where we will farewell Jonathan. If you would like to donate towards a gift please use the special envelopes in the foyer, or if Internet banking ref: Joza,  or mark your offertory envelope Joza with the amount you wish to donate. Thanks.

Our Christmas Services this year are 11.00pm Thursday 24 December Christmas Eve Candlelight Carol Communion Service and at 9.30am Friday 25 December our Christmas Day Communion Service. Our end of year Prayer Book service is at 9.30am on Sunday 27 December. Sunday services from 3 January through to and including Sunday 17 January will be Prayer Book services at 9.30am. At 10.30am Wednesday 23 December we hold the last Wednesday service for 2015. Wednesday services start again onWednesday 6 January. We resume normal service times at 8.30am and 10.00am on Sunday 24 January.

February 19-21 is Convergence family camp for 2016. This is a great opportunity for us as a church family to go away together for the weekend, to spend some time worshiping, learning, having fun, in one of the most beautiful parts of NZ. I would encourage everyone to put the dates in your diary, get your registration form and come along for a great weekend away.

I will be away from the 26 December until 24 January. If you have any emergences over this time David Featherstone will be available.

Yours in Christ

Philip
